Davit Ivanyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, today received a delegation led by Khalil Shirgholami, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Armenia.
The Deputy Minister welcomed the guests, highlighting the close partnership relations established between the two countries.
During the meeting, issues regarding bilateral passenger and cargo transportation, air connectivity, and other sectoral matters were discussed.
The Ambassador highly appreciated the efforts made by the Armenian side to streamline the process of obtaining cargo transportation permits and to reduce the time required for it.
The parties also addressed other issues of mutual interest during the discussion.
