Armenia's Parliament members observed a minute of silence to honor memory of victims of aggression launched by Azerbaijan against Armenia in September 2022

The regular session of the second sitting of the ninth convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia commenced.

At the start of the session, Vaghinak Vardanov, an MP from the 'Strong Armenia' faction, addressed National Assembly Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, noting that an act of aggression by Azerbaijan had taken place four years ago, and proposed observing a minute of silence to honor the memory of the victims.

Rubinyan agreed and proposed observing the minute of silence.

It should be recalled that on September 13, 2022, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan launched large-scale aggression against Armenia's eastern borders.

The Armenian side suffered numerous casualties as a result of the aggression.
