Bus traveling to Armenia stopped at Upper Lars in suspicion of transporting banned item
A passenger bus traveling to Armenia has been stopped at the Georgian side of the Upper Lars border checkpoint in suspicion of transporting a banned item, reports the Embassy of Armenia to Georgia on Facebook.
“The Armenian Embassy in Georgia takes actions with the relevant institutions of Gerogia to ensure the quick transportation of the Armenian passengers of the bus to Armenia. The Embassy’s diplomats will soon visit Upper Lars to get acquainted with the situation and provide food and first necessity goods to the passengers”, the Embassy said in a statement.
