CSTO members selling arms to Azerbaijan is a problem, says former Defense Minister

Former Defense Minister of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan has announced that the arms sale of CSTO members to Azerbaijan is a serious problem and Armenian authorities voice it in appropriate circles.

Tomorrow, the 12^th plenipotentiary session of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly begins in Yerevan, while today a round table meeting took place dedicated to the activity of the organization. Harutyunyan also participated. The former Minister has added that Armenia can solve the issue of arms sale.
