Armenian weightlifters won silver and bronze medals in World Championship

Gor Minasyan, representing Armenia, won the silver medal at the Weightlifting World Championship in Thailand. His total was 460kg.

Ruben Aleksanyan won the bronze medal.

The winner of the championship in this category is Lasha Talakhadze from Georgia, golden medalist of Olympic Games. With 484kg total he won his fourth world champion medal.
