Russia's Lavrov: Russia not considering agreeing to European peacekeepers in Ukraine
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday (February 26) that Russia was not considering agreeing to European peacekeepers deploying in Ukraine, and that the idea was a "deceit" aimed at allowing Ukraine to rearm, Reuters reports.
