Armenia's Foreign Ministry issued a statement regarding the extradition of two individuals from Armenia to Türkiye, who were involved in organized crime in Türkiye.
"On 19 January 2025, Armenia extradited two individuals to Türkiye, who were involved in organized crime activities there, in response to a request from Interpol under its Red Notice," the statement reads.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye expressed its gratitude to Armenia for its cooperation.
The extradited persons are Ibrahim Kaymak and Ercan Yilmaz, members of an organized criminal group.
