Amendments should be made to Constitution of Armenia through referendum. Hajiyev

Hikmet Hajiyev, the head of the foreign relations department of the Azerbaijani president's office, during his visit to Nagorno-Karabakh with foreign diplomats, announced again today that in order to sign a peace treaty, amendments should be made to the Constitution of Armenia through a referendum. According to him, if Armenia takes such a step, "negotiations will go much faster." "We are concerned about the territorial claims presented to our country," Hajiyev noted.

In a conversation with the Azerbaijani media, he complained about the assistance provided to Armenia by the international community, declaring that a new "Marshall Plan" is being prepared for Armenia.
