During a panel discussion with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Maka Botchorishvili noted that Georgia does not participate in the '3+3' regional consultative platform, adding that it would be correct to call it '3+2'.
“We cooperate with all our neighbors, except for Russia, because two regions of Georgia are still occupied by Russia, and there is still a Russian military presence in those regions, which we do not accept. That is why we do not consider engaging in that format,” Botchorishvili noted.
She recalled that the only existing format for dialogue with Russia is the Geneva international discussions.
