Belén Martínez Carbonell, Secretary-General of the European External Action Service referred to her meeting with Tigran Balayan, Ambassador of Armenia to Luxembourg, Belgium and the European Union.
“A pleasure to meet the Ambassador of Armenia, Tigran Balayan, to discuss the further deepening of EU–Armenia relations. The European Union remains committed to working for stability, peace and prosperity in the South Caucasus”, Martínez said in a post on X.
