US Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien made a stop at the historic Saint Hripsime Church during her visit to Syunik, US Embassy to Armenia reports.
This remarkable structure is an example of early medieval Armenian architecture and one of Syunik’s most notable landmarks.
During her stop, Ambassador Kvien reaffirmed the importance of preserving Armenia’s cultural and religious heritage everywhere.
