North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said his country will continue to support Russia's struggle to protect to national sovereignty as he met with Russia's top security adviser Sergei Shoigu, the North state media reported on Saturday (March 22), Reuters reports.
The North's state television KRT aired Kim's meeting with Shoigu in Pyongyang. The meeting was held on Friday (March 21), according to Russian and North Korean media.
Kim and Shoigu discussed ways to further expand and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Russia and North Korea in various fields including in security, KRT said, without elaborating.
