Interstate lawsuits are for establishing peace and stability or for addressing problematic factors on the way to establishing peace and stability. This was stated by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with the Public Television Company, referring to the issue of withdrawing interstate lawsuits.
“If there is peace, then we must rely on the logic of peace,” he noted.
