The Latakia Governorate reported that 3 people were killed and 13 were wounded in an explosion that occurred in the South Raml district of Latakia in the evening.
Zarmik Poghikyan, a correspondent for 'Lurer' in Syria, reported a while ago that the region is far from Armenian-populated districts, but the explosion was heard there as well. According to him, there are no Armenians among the dead and wounded.
