Luxembourg Foreign Minister Xavier Bettel welcomed the agreement reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan on his microblog X.
"Luxembourg welcomes the statements of both Armenia and Azerbaijan on the conclusion of a bilateral peace agreement between them.
