Spain has welcomed the news of the agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
“Spain hopes that this announcement will lead to the conclusion of a definitive agreement between the two countries,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“Spain reaffirms its commitment to peace and stability in the South Caucasus,” the MFA said.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry confirmed on Thursday that the draft “Agreement on Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan” has been agreed upon and the negotiations have been concluded accordingly.
