The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ operation in the Kursk region has fulfilled its mission, drawing in forces from Russia from other directions, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
“The situation is currently very difficult. I can only thank our soldiers for this operation. Our army has completed its mission. First, the pressure in the Kharkov direction eased, then they began to move their troops from the eastern direction. I think that the situation in the Pokrov direction is now stable,” the President said.
