The Armenia-Lithuania bilateral defense consultations were held in Vilnius on March 13-14, the defense ministry said in a press release.
The talks were held by Levon Ayvazyan, Head of the Armenian Defense Ministry’s Department of Defense Policy and International Cooperation, and Algirdas Norkus, Group Leader of the Lithuanian National Defense Ministry’s Department of International Relations and Operations Group.
Armenian Ambassador to Lithuania Ara Margaryan also took part in the consultations. The course of bilateral defense cooperation and prospects of development were discussed.
In conclusion, the sides signed the 2025 Cooperation Plan between the defense ministries of the two countries. The plan involves a series of events to be held in the two countries.
