We are already carrying out a certain joint service on the Armenia-Turkey and Armenia-Iran borders. At the Zvartnots airport, we are already carrying out 100 percent border guard service, and we are grateful to the Russian border guards for their support during this time, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this during a press conference.
"The checkpoint on the Iran-Armenia border is 100 percent under the control of the Armenian border guards. In that section, on the Iran-Armenia border, Armenia's border guards have also started to carry out service, and this process will continue.
It is a matter of the political will of the two countries. As long as there is that political will to cooperate, we will cooperate, if something changes, that will change too. We are now carrying out joint service, and I do not exclude that the scope of that joint service will be expanded," the Prime Minister said.
