The signing of the historic document is a significant achievement in Armenia-US relations, Taron Chakhoyan, Deputy Chief of Staff of Armenia's Prime Minister, wrote on his Facebook page.
"Strategic cooperation with the United States is an important factor and catalyst for establishing Armenia's sovereignty and strengthening its statehood," he wrote.
