Armenian-Russian relations continue, neither Armenia nor Russia will move anywhere, the two countries remain strategic allies, Armenia's Defense Minister Suren Papikyan told a press conference Wednesday.
Papikyan recalled the respective agreement.
"No one avoids this, it is objective," added the Armenian defense minister.
When asked about Russia's non-fulfillment of its arms supply agreements with Armenia and the latter's return of the respective money, Papikyan recalled the words by the finance minister of Armenia during a press conference that an agreement was reached between the finance ministries of Armenia and Russia that the money would be deducted from the national debt of Armenia.
"Such an arrangement has been reached. There are arrangements that can have consequences. However, there are also arrangements that are made on time," added the defense minister of Armenia.
