U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, during the signing of the Armenia-U.S. Strategic Partnership document, emphasized the aim of advancing partnership relations.
"This is positive for both countries and, of course, for the region and even beyond its borders. This charter, as such, I am confident, will contribute to the creation of a more resilient, peaceful, secure, and independent South Caucasus," he stated.
