The President of Ukraine gave a three-hour
interview to the American podcaster Lex Friedman, in which he recalled the first days of the full-scale war and presented his thoughts on ways to achieve peace.
When asked if he is ready to meet with Trump and Putin in three to sign a peace treaty with security guarantees, Zelensky said that he first wants to meet only with Trump and involve the Europeans in the negotiations, only after that a conversation with the Russians is possible.
Zelensky called to force Putin to stop the war. According to Zelensky, the Russian President himself does not want the war to end.
In the same interview, the Ukrainian President recalled his conversation with Belarusian President Lukashenko in the early days of the war.
