France's President Emmanuel Macron announced that Russia supported Azerbaijan's actions in Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Russia has changed its foreign policy, supporting the actions of Azerbaijan, because for the first time Armenia has a decisive prime minister who does not obey him," Macron said.
