The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia expressed its condolences regarding the tragic events in Montenegro.
"We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and Government of Montenegro, wishing a full recovery to those injured in Cetinje," the statement reads.
Yesterday, a resident of Cetinje, Montenegro, shot 12 people and committed suicide. Three days of mourning were declared in the country.
