At this pivotal stage in our history, where we face numerous internal and external challenges, it is more critical than ever to consistently strengthen our national security system.
This requires nationwide unity, a shared vision, and a clear strategy aimed at fully realizing the potential of our state and people, reinforcing Armenia’s position in international relations.
The role of every citizen is indispensable in this endeavor.
Only through our collective will, determination, and purposeful actions can we build a secure, stable, and developing Armenia, preserving our national values and identity while modernizing our state in line with global developments.
To achieve this goal, our country needs dedicated professionals with a high state and civic mindset, responsibility, and with expertise in all fields.
We need those who will contribute their knowledge and skills not only to their respective areas but also to the security and sustainable development of the state.
This implies developing strategic thinking, expanding international cooperation, and deepening constructive dialogue with neighboring countries.
Our state, like every country, has its unique place and role on the world map, regardless of its size.
We must act based on the opportunities of real Armenia, evaluate our resources, and channel our efforts in the right direction.
Our rich history and cultural heritage give us strength and inspiration to focus on the present and future, aiming to build a modern and competitive state.
I am confident that with united efforts, a responsible approach, and a constant drive for improvement, we can overcome all these challenges.
The wisdom, diligence, and unyielding spirit of our people have always been and remain the key to our success.
