Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is returning to Baku from Russia after an Azerbaijani airliner crashed in Kazakhstan. He had arrived there to attend an informal meeting of CIS leaders.
According to preliminary data, there were 37 people from Azerbaijan, 6 from Kazakhstan, 3 from Kyrgyzstan and 16 from Russia on board the plane.
