President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that Russia is ready to "enter into a technological duel" right now. According to the Kremlin leader, this could happen not only in Ukraine. The Russian President urged the West not to doubt that Oreshnik is a serious weapon.
Commenting on the Russian President's words, the Ukrainian President called Vladimir Putin and his entourage "inadequate." Volodymyr Zelensky also said that Kyiv would not accept any ultimatum to seize Ukrainian territories.
Explosions were heard in Kyiv this morning. Civilians were injured as a result of Russian missile strikes. There is at least one victim. Civilian objects were damaged in the center of the capital, and several buildings caught fire.
It is known that Kherson was also targeted, there are injuries and one victim.
