French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced France's support to Armenia upon his arrival at the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels this morning.
"I call on the European Union to develop its relations with that country, with which France is very connected. We must again provide Armenia with all the support it has the right to count on," the Foreign Minister said.
