The Syrian military is leaving the center of Damascus, the building of the central television is allegedly captured, Al Jazeera TV channel reports.
"The sources report that the armed Syrian opposition has entered Damascus and against this background, the army is withdrawing its forces from the capital," the report said.
In turn, the Syrian Sham FM radio station reports that explosions are heard in Damascus.
Earlier, AFP reported shootings in the city.
According to Sham FM, Damascus International Airport has completely stopped working.
