Head of the European Union Delegation to Armenia, Vassilis Maragos, wrote on his microblog X on the occasion of the anniversary of the devastating 1988 Spitak earthquake.
"On this day, we remember the 1988 earthquake that deeply impacted Armenia, claiming lives and reshaping communities. EU stands with Armenia in remembrance, honouring the strength and resilience of its people. Together we build a more resilient and strong Armenia," he stated on X.
