The discussions around the peace treaty have not stopped and the process is ongoing, Armenia's Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan told reporters.
“The process hasn’t stalled,” he told reporters when asked on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace talks.
“There was a pause because of the COP-29 in Baku, and it was announced by the Azerbaijani side that the pause was due to the busy schedule. But we are on a positive point and we are in the logic of proposal-discussion-proposal. There is a positive dynamic,” Simonyan said.
