The Armenian Foreign Ministry welcomed the ceasefire in Lebanon on X's microblog.
"Armenia welcomes the recently reached ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel, and expresses its hope that this truce will serve as a pivotal step towards addressing humanitarian issues and fostering peace in the entire region," the statement reads.
Earlier, we reported that a ceasefire has been established between Israel and the Hezbollah movement. There are reports that displaced citizens from southern Lebanon are returning to their homes, although it is not entirely certain whether the ceasefire will not be violated.
