“We highly value Armenia’s potential, its history, rich culture, and achievements. We greatly appreciate Armenia’s alignment with European politics and civilization. Strengthening political ties and developing our cooperation in various fields, especially in the economic sector, is of significant importance to us. These topics were discussed today with Mr. President. I can confidently say that the cooperation established between us, as presidents, two years ago, has had great potential from the very beginning. We hope that economic cooperation between Poland and Armenia will also expand into new areas,” said Polish President Andrzej Duda during a joint press conference with Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan.
“Today, we discussed cooperation in the fields of new technologies, climate protection, and green energy. We also addressed key economic sectors where we see great potential for development and mutual collaboration.
We touched upon the most critical political topics related to security.
We discussed the unstable situation present in both our region and in Europe. From the Polish perspective, the main cause of instability in our region is Russia's aggressive actions against Ukraine. These wartime circumstances also directly affect the Caucasus region. Russia aims to assert its dominance in this area, which we clearly observe. However, we hope that all conflicts will eventually be resolved peacefully,” emphasized the Polish President.
