Chargé d’affaires David Allen was thrilled to join Armenian partners in cutting the ribbon on two projects to bring clean and safe drinking water to more than 5,000 residents and their families in Lori, US Embassy to Armenia reports.
"The U.S. Department of Defense provided more than $400,000 to make this important work possible," the statement reads.
