"Yesterday, there was a decision on missile strikes on our territory, and now, a decision has probably been made on anti-personnel mines," he noted.
The Russian presidential spokesman also pointed out that Kiev was a signatory to the UN convention banning anti-personnel landmines. "It’s a situation worth noting. You know that neither Russia nor the US signed the convention. We aren’t its signatories. However, Ukraine is," Peskov said.
