High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell confirmed the US administration decided to let Ukrainians strike Russian territory.
“Yes, the Biden administration has authorized the use of weapons delivered to Ukraine to target up to 300 kilometers inside Russian territory. It’s not a particularly deep distance, but it is the decision the Biden administration has made. Why did they decide now and not before the elections? I don’t know. I have no idea.

This time, I supported the decision made by the American administration, which I find reasonable: to supply weapons not just to stop the arrow but also to target the archers, to strike where the attacks originate.
