Dear compatriots, taking into account the mass discussions that appeared in the press and social networks, I consider it necessary to inform that I have asked a number of high-ranking officials to leave their positions. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about it on his Facebook page.
"The reasons for making such a request are not personal, but systemic, about which I have spoken publicly.
At the same time, I cannot deny the merits of our mentioned partners in the development of our statehood and I thank everyone for their contribution and understanding of my request," the Prime Minister wrote.
Karen Andreasyan, Chairman of Armenia’s Supreme Judicial Council, and Sasun Khachatryan, Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee, have officially submitted their resignations.
