On November 14, Armenia's Ambassador to USA Lilit Makunts had a meeting with US Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS).
The interlocutors discussed the visit of the US Helsinki Commission delegation to Armenia led by the Senator in July, 2024 and the recent regional developments.
In particular, Ambassador Makunts briefed Senator Wicker оn the current state of the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The significance of further developing Armenia-USA bilateral relations and deepening of cooperation was mutually emphasized.
