Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a meeting with newly appointed German Ambassador to Armenia Claudia Busch highlighted the importance of attracting new German companies to the Armenian market.
Pashinyan expressed hope that co-operation between Armenia and Germany will develop and strengthen in the coming years, the government press service reported. He noted with satisfaction the existence of active political dialogue between the two countries. Pashinyan highlighted the implementation of joint projects in the fields of economy, investments, infrastructures and tourism.
In her turn, Busch stressed that the German government pays great importance to the constant deepening of relations with Armenia and in this regard, she plans to discuss opportunities for the implementation of mutually beneficial projects.
The interlocutors touched upon the cooperation between Armenia and the European Union, recent developments in the the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the process of delimitation of borders and other issues.
