The UN International Court of Justice in The Hague dismissed Azerbaijan's two preliminary objections in the case of Armenia v. Azerbaijan. The Court held a public session today to deliver its ruling on Azerbaijan's objections regarding the application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

Armenia alleges that due to Azerbaijan's state-driven anti-Armenian policies, Armenians have faced systemic discrimination, mass violence, torture, and abuse.
