We are in constant contact with our partners of the Red Cross, who visit our prisoners of war every month and also provide us with information about their health, Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said about it during the Government's briefings.
"In addition, we are actively working with international law enforcement agencies and various other partners, such as the UN Special Procedures, which have a clear mandate to deal with these issues," he said.
Armenia is still undecided about participation in the COP29 in Baku, Kostanyan said. Discussions on the matter are underway and it is associated with the dynamics in the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations process, Kostanyan said.
“As of this moment Armenia doesn’t have a decision yet about participation or non-participation in COP29, and discussions are underway. This has to do with the dynamics in the negotiations process,” Kostanyan told reporters.
Referring to the question of the possible return of the military-political leadership of Nagorno-Karabakh before COP-29, Vahan Kostanyan said: "One of the priorities of the Armenian Foreign Ministry is the issue of the return of all our compatriots."
