The Embassy of France to Armenia referred to the visit of Ambassador of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies to Nerkin Hand.
"The village of Nerkin Hand in the Syunik Province of Armenia is surrounded on three sides by Azerbaijani military positions, which are located on a part of the territory of Armenia.
Syunik Province Governor Robert Ghukasyan and Ambassador Olivier Decottignies exchanged ideas with the residents in this situation," the Embassy reports.
