Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision according to which a new list of candidates nominated by the Republic of Armenia for the position of judge of the European Court of Human Rights was approved.
Based on Article 7, Part 16.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia 'On the Structure and Activities of the Government'
1. To approve the new list of candidates nominated by the Republic of Armenia for the position of judge of the European Court of Human Rights, with the following composition:
1) Grigoryan Vahe
2) Karapetyan Nora
3) Anna Margaryan," the decision says.
