According to the information of the Central Electoral Commission of Georgia, as of 17:00, the number of citizens who participated in the parliamentary elections in the entire territory of Georgia was 1,768,816 people or 50.6 percent of registered voters.
18 political forces participated in the election. The parties in favor of which at least 5 percent of the voters will vote will get seats in the Parliament. The first results of the vote will be announced in hours.
