By the decree of Armenia's President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Andranik Hovhannisyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Republic of Austria (residence: Vienna).
Hovhannisyan was recalled from Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary positions to the Swiss Confederation and Armenia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva and other international organizations.
