During the weekly briefing, Official Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, addressed the issue of unblocking communications in the region.
"Within the framework of the trilateral working group under the joint chairmanship of the deputy prime ministers of Armenia, the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan, we must find a mutually acceptable solution that will suit both Baku and Yerevan.
During all this time, we have actively worked in that direction and are ready to provide support to our partners in the future. The entire region will benefit from the unblocking of communications," said Zakharova.
She also recalled the last comment of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Overchuk, according to which "the unblocking of economic and transport corridors in the region is possible only with the participation of Russia".
