Our dialogue is also developing in a positive way, and I think we have some tangible progress, including on the use of airspace and other issues. During the question-and-answer session with the Government, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan said this, answering the question of Artur Hovhannisyan, Secretary of the NA 'Civil Contract' faction, regarding relations with Turkey.
"There are certain confidence-building measures that we plan to do together," Mirzoyan said.
The Minister reminded that according to the agreement, the border should be partially open for citizens of third countries and persons with diplomatic passports, but, unfortunately, it is still not a reality.
"However, we will work in that direction," concluded the Minister.
