The parliament again came up with another initiative with the international partner donor organizations. Two-day workshop launched, and on its agenda were issues on the engagement of the civil society in the debate process of the draft state budget and the sphere of social defense. A new culture of public financial management is formed with trilateral partnership: The UNDP Modern Parliament for a Modern Armenia 2nd Programme, USAID Public Financial Management Program and, of course, the RA National Assembly.
