The third meeting of the “3+3” regional consultation platform commenced in Istanbul, with the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, Armenia's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ani Badalyan reports.
The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia and Turkey participate in the meeting.
